These have got to be the easiest pancakes ever. Three ingredients plus water. Yup, these are convenience all the way. Of course, you could use a basic homemade recipe for the pancakes. Just add the peanut butter with the wet ingredients. The results should be the same. It's like a subtle(?) peanut butter and marshmallow fluff sandwich: the Fluffernutter.
2 cups water
9 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
1 small jar marshmallow fluff
2 Tbsp boiling water
Combine the pancake mix, water and peanut butter. Add a little more water if the batter is too thick. Cook pancakes on a greased griddle. Combine the fluff and boiling water in a bowl, stirring until smooth. Spoon over the cooked pancakes.
***Note: if the marshmallow sauce is too much for you, these are great with a little jam instead.

We're breakfast for dinner lovers and the idea of pancakes for dinner sounds so good!
Have a wonderful Monday Kristen
These look delicious and I'm sure my daughters dentist would thank you since she is a cavity groupie. So we would probably do whip cream on them, yum!
I think putting peanut butter in them is a great way for them to get some protein, and have a variety!
I'm visiting from Voicebok.

The marshmallow peanut butter combo is a great one. However, to find that you can get these flavors together in a pancake makes it all the better. Seeing that on the breakfast table would insure that the day is off to a good start-yum!
I love having pancakes-for-dinner and finding new variations on them...especially ones that involve peanut butter...and especially ESPECIALLY ones that involve fluff! Holy yum!
Ohmygoodness....this looks amazing! I cannot wait to try this. My oldest is a huge peanut butter and marshmallow fan - next time he comes home, I am making these for him =)
Congrats on being a vB featured member!!
needs a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon just for some color on the white, but when I don;t care about calories again (sigh) these will be on my list!

Look amazing:) I add my link waht I baked this week:)
Oh my Kristen - when you say you don't want to serve the same old boring pancakes - you were singing it - who wouldn't gobble these up?
The equivalent to pancakes in Greece is tiganites and I make them very often. I don't think I can find this particular mix here but for all it's worth your pancakes made me drool!
Congratulations on being featured member at voiceBoks! I've linked my favorite pancake recipe...Chocolate Chip Pancakes with Feta Cheese...YUM! I know my kids will enjoy your fluffernutter pancakes. They are fluffernutter crazy!
Just yesterday I asked my hubby if I could put a pureed banana into the next batch of pancakes, and he looked at me like I'd lost my mind! Think we'll have to stick with plain pancakes, but I know I'd have some takers for the marshmallow topping....mmmmmmm.
Such fun pancakes! Definitely a great way to switch things up :-)
Yum yum! I looove Fluff and pancakes. I actually live in the birthplace of fluff and we have a fluff festival every year!
I can't decide which I'd like better - the fluffernutter pancakes with the marshmallow or with jam! They look amazing - what a treat! I've shared my Beef and Beer stew today - thank you so much for hosting!
Kristen, this is unbelievable. I do have a suggestion. What about some chocolate chips? How decadent can one get?
Never thought of marshmallow as toppings or even peanut butter in the pancakes! You are so creative! I'm going to make these for snack today. We bought big marshmallow bag the other day and I need to use some of it before they ask for more and more. Make sure to brush teeth afterwards so our dentists won't give us lecture. =)
I hate breakfast but I'd push my gramma out of the way for this.
Oh my word... this is such a creative recipe... I was thinking my kid would like it, but now I'm thinking I'd probably end up eating a lot more than her! So yummy! :)
