OMG, I MUST make this cake...One problem is I don't have Girard's Apple Poppy Seed Salad Dressing, what would you substitute for that??? Thank you, Donna
What a fascinating dressing - and I love the name you chose for this cake!
When I read the title I expected it to have Apple Dapple Schnapps in it - what a great blend of flavors.
Everyone has found such creative ways to use these dressings! I mean, dressing in dessert?!?!? Amazing.
Wow, what a cool idea! I won some Girard's dressing "recently" also... I am going to try this out with the apple poppyseed dressing!!
What a cool, creative recipe! I love that you used salad dressing in a dessert! It looks and sounds really yummy too - the perfect autumn treat.

I'm always on the lookout for a delicious apple cake recipe. Apple cake was my husband's favorite treat that his mom made, and since she passed away, I've been trying to fill that gap (the cake gap, not the mom gap). I need to try this one - it looks great!
Your cake looks so moist! What a creative use of the Girard's dressing!
Sounds so yummy! And how creative!

Love it! Only you could salad dressing in a cake and have it come out looking so beautiful and delicious! :)
I love apple cakes, apple tarts, apple juice and anything that contains apple. Especially now that Fall falls on us, apples are a must. I love your cake and the usage you found for the bottle of apple dressing.
Congrats on your win and wow, I would never have thought to use salad dressing this way. Very clever! I've always preferred Girard's (Light Champagne) over any other store-bought dressing so I imagine that the Apple Poppy Seed one would be great, too.
This apple dessert looks moist and delicious--love the name!
Oh, it looks so moist and yummy! A great late-night snack, I bet!
That cake looks so moist and delicious! Kudos to you for winning and making original recipes!
A cake using salad dressing?! I love it! This sounds so interesting.. can you think of what you could substitute the salad dressing for in case I can't find it??
